RETURNS:  Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if we made an error with your item, it will gladly be replaced free of charge.

SHIPPING:  Production of your item will typically take one to two business days. Once completed it will ship from our east coast warehouse via USPS.  Standard shipping is 5-8 days once it leaves our location.
